Gwyneth Paltrow in Tom Ford. Simple, yet elegant. Her make up is understated simplicity, as is her hair. The only thing I would add ……. I think a pair of diamond stud earrings would have been stunning.

Sunday, February 19th, 2012 by mfnI was just reading Mr Blasberg’s Best-Dressed List: New York Fashion Week Edition, (it’s a goody!) when I saw a photo of Gia Copolla in Proenza Schouler.
While she looks very elegant, it’s not something that I would likely wear (lovely, but not quite me), however when I read the copy that accompanied the picture - her design aesthetic made perfect sense ………

But more important, she’s the sweetest little thing. here she is at Proenza Schouler’s afterparty wearing a bright dress from the designer. Super stylish and she sends handwritten thank you notes? I think I’m in love.
