Janine Mackintosh is, I believe an exceptionally talented artist.
Based in South Australia, she creates unique contemporary assemblages using mainly eucalyptus leaves gathered from her heritage bush properly on the south coast of Kangaroo Island.

She loves the visual excitement of repetition, where hundreds, or even thousands of objects are presented as one, yet she seeks to highlight their unique differences and introduces themes grounded in time and place.
Her work has been purchased by collectors all around of the world and has understandably, won many awards.
